One of BJJ’s trolls is back at it again. This week Dillon Danis took to twitter to mock rival Khamzat Chimaev yet again. This one started back in July when Danis tweeted “I’d sub Chimaev easy” to which Chimaev replied “I smash you with my eyes closed!!!”.
More recently Danis tweeted in September “Let me smash Khamzat he’s so bad” – this came after Chimaev’s third UFC win since July, taking his pro MMA win record to an impressive 9-0. Danis’s latest tweet comes after the Chechnyan said he wanted to smash “Burger King guy” Conor McGregor. In recent times Chimaev has been quick to insult McGregor due to his ongoing beef with fellow countryman Khabib Nurmagomedov. With McGregor being a close friend with Danis, it’s understandable why this one has escalated.
Having said that, the reality is Chimaev will probably never face Danis as the pair are in different MMA promotions. Nonetheless, Danis continues to work social media to his advantage and keep the spotlight on himself with his tweets.
