In a recent interview after beating Matheus Diniz at WNO, Gordon Ryan called out other top competitors for avoiding him and said he’d been trying to get a match for months. This comes after Ryan has said for a while now that many people call him out but eventually back down when contracts are to be arranged. More specifically in recent times, he may be alluding to his possible match with Andrea Galvao which is still waiting to materialize.
Ryan stated, “Any of these pussies in the top 5, top 10, top 100 doesn’t make a difference for me”. Whenever any of you want to compete in a no time limit match let me know. I’ve been trying to get a match for months everyone’s like Gordon’s not competing, Gordons not competing. Yeah because I can’t find a fucking match. So whenever anyone’s ready to compete with me I’m ready to do it”.
In fairness to Ryan, he was highly positive towards Diniz and thanked him for taking part – praising his attitude and lack of trash talk.
