Also known as ‘The Human highlight reel’, Ronaldo Junior further proved his worth this weekend. On Saturday he won gold at the IBJJF Atlanta open in the gi after securing victory with an armbar from S-Mount in the medium-heavy category.
On Sunday he followed it up by winning gold yet again at the Pan-Ams in no-gi. The ATOS prodigy has proven he is good in both gi and no-gi and has continued to cement his reputation in 2020 as an elite black belt. His success further proves the dominance of ATOS right now with Andre Galvao’s team constantly winning medal after medal. With 2021 around the corner, it could be the year Ronaldo Junior really makes his mark.
