Eddie Bravo’s Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds is back on today via UFC Fightpass. It has been running for several years now and seeks to bridge the gap between sport BJJ and MMA, so you can expect slaps and lots of no gi action. Amongst the favorites to win are Kade Ruotolo, PJ Barch, Nathan Orchard and there’s also a surprise entry by Kim Terra. For those wondering, he is the brother of Caio Terra, so you can also expect his BJJ to be of a high level.
It also features superfights with the likes of JM Holland and Keith Krikorian. Basically, as this is Eddie Bravo’s event you can expect some of the brightest grapplers from 10th Planet to be involved in the action.
Remember, this is just the Lightweight event and more weight class events are set to follow in the coming weeks. For those wanting to watch a bit of grappling amongst the chaos of 2020, this event may offer some welcome relief.
