F2W 161 took place in Miami, Florida on Friday 22nd January. The event was an overall success with yet another great night for Miami Fight sports with both Kodiak Fields and Cyborg both defending their titles. There were also other wins for Miami Fight sports lower down the card, however the event was somewhat overshadowed by a strange brawl in which F2W promoter and organiser Seth Daniels was punched in the face.

Whilst the brawl wasn’t on the main card, it did disrupt the event. It stemmed from the Achilles Rocha vs Michael Sainz match on the undercard in which both participants seem to strike each other several times before being stopped by the referee. This caused a fight between Team Alpha Miami and Fight Sports Miami. It is still unknown who punched Seth Daniels or why they did it.
