Ralph Gracie was recently sentenced to prison for 6 months for his assault on Flavio Almeida. After his assault, the news has followed him ever since and everything has been publicly detailed. From the courtroom to the sentencing – it has all been shown throughout.
Now, he has spoken out since being jailed for the first time. In an emotional Instagram post, he spoke about his current thoughts and feelings and said “Time moves slowly in here.”
He continued, “This experience has profoundly changed me. I will come out the other end a better man, a better father, a better teacher.” and later added, “Please keep writing. I would love to hear from all of you.” It’s often said that the idea of prison is to rehabilitate its offenders. With this said, it looks like Ralph is on the road to recovery and will hopefully come out of his jail cell a better man.
