In bizarre news, a Conor McGregor lookalike was recently jailed in the UK for selling drugs and driving whilst uninsured. Named Mark Nye, the drug dealer was sentenced to 2 years and 9 years of prison time after being caught with intent to supply class A drugs. He was also found with a large meat cleaver next to his bed. Funnily enough, he also claimed to be called ‘Conor’ when the police originally asked for his name.
However, the news doesn’t stop there. Nye even had business cards advertising his criminal activities. These had ‘McGregor Enterprises’ written on them. Do not be fooled, whilst McGregor may have been through a hard time in MMA recently, he has not resorted to selling drugs to get by.
The 34 year old was jailed last week. Strangely, it’s not the first time that Conor McGregor doppelgangers have appeared, with a chubby lookalike imitating the ex-UFC champion a few years ago.
