Rapper Action Bronson recently featured in a photo shared on Instagram by Ryron Gracie. He captioned this photo “Thank you for letting me share the mat with you this morning.” Bronson replied, “SO MUCH LOVE AND WE WILL MEET AGAIN. THANK YOU.”
It’s no secret that Bronson has been on a huge weight loss journey of late and has hit the gym hard. Just looking at his photo, you can see that he’s significantly smaller than he used to be and looks healthier than ever.
The ‘Easy Rider’ hit maker also shared a photo of his own after a gym session with Orlando Sanchez. Bronson captioned it, “If you wanna be a savage you must train amongst the savagery.” Although Bronson has lost significant weight, he still looks naturally muscular and strong. You could even go as far to say that he has the ideal size and shape for a grappler.
Over the years, a number of celebrities have trained alongside Ryron and Rener Gracie at their academy. His engagement in BJJ also shows the arts’ growth and celebrity influence that it has enjoyed in recent times.
