AJ Agazarm provides update to horrific knee injury

After his recent Bellator loss against Chris Lencioni, Agazarm provided an update to his knee injury.
The Gracie Barra black belt stated this on his Instagram page: “Just finished a long week of appointments, scans, & tests… I’ll have a few more this week including another duplex scan & pre op, but my surgery is slated for this coming Tuesday.
If you happen to see me out, don’t get any wise ideas…
You may or may not be surprised to find out my cane comes equipped with a hidden set of nunchucks”

As mentioned, Agazarm is scheduled for an operation to fix his knee which shows the brutal side of MMA fighting. Ironically during the fight Agazarm attacked his opponents knees with a solid heel hook entry which Lencioni defended. This isn’t the first time Agazarm has risked his knee health, as was shown during a grappling bout with Garry Tonon. Here Agazarm stubbornly refused to tap to a deep knee bar which shows his warrior spirit.
