Whilst most rockstars spend their time doing drugs, women and living the fast life, it seems Rikki Rockett is a bit different. Instead, the Poison drummer is devoted to a life of BJJ and is currently a third dan black belt under Renato Magno. Not only this, but he has also competed and unlike some celebrity practitioners – he genuinely trains and spars like normal people.
In fact, Ricki Rockett takes it fairly seriously as far as hobbies go. He has been known to compete and even has a vegan diet which further adds to the BJJ lifestyle. With this said, whilst he may have sold over 45 million records worldwide, it doesn’t change the fact that Rockett is a BJJ mat rat and is devoted to the culture.
