He’s done it again, recently Bernardo Faria revealed that he had donated 700 toys to underprivileged kids at Christmas. Today he also revealed that he started a BJJ Fanatics fund to help save struggling BJJ gyms due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
He said “What can we do to make sure you stay in business until this pandemic is over? And if you are in the other end, and would like to support our fund, please let us know too… We clearly won’t be able to help everyone, but again, we’re going to start with $25k of our own money and see what happens/how many people we can help.”
This is a terrific gesture from Faria who continually appears to help others and show his kindness. He also happens to be one of the greats and have a fantastic competition record in his heyday.
