List of all the ADCC Hall Of Fame members

Often referred to as ‘The Olympics for grappling’, ADCC is seen by many as the ultimate prize in BJJ and grappling. ADCC is a nogi competition that is held every two years and its ruleset is a blend between conventional wrestling and submission grappling.

Here, the best from around the globe will qualify by winning a competition which is often attended by hundreds. From there, the winners will go to the ADCC finals to win the ultimate glory, a gold medal.

Recently, the ADCC has officially given out titles for their hall of fame members. Usually, these are retired grapplers that have won a number of medals in ADCC competitions over the years. Remember, this is the ultimate tournament but these guys make it look easy.

Interestingly, this list also tells us how BJJ is still dominated mostly by Brazilians. Whilst you can guarantee the likes of Gordon Ryan will be added to this list at some point, it still shows how the martial art is still very Brazil-centric.
